The supply of technical specialist services, typically embedded in the Customer’s purchasing dept. or in close relationship with, covering support in the purchasing process.

Services spans from assistance in identifying potential suppliers, maintain vendor lists to purchasing requisition writing and related services down to actual procurement on behalf of the customer.

Technical Specialists with varied industrial technical capable of monitoring, facilitating and/or assessing the progress of the manufacturer / supplier schedules to reduce delivery and/or shipping delays and, if contractually agreed, proactively participating in the actions necessary to maintain or improve the agreed delivery date. 

Technical Specialists with varied backgrounds (Quality Assurance and audit management )  capable of assessing processes, systems and/or products to prescribed manufacturing, technical, quality and quality system requirements.  Specialist will preferably hold formal auditor qualifications, experience with quality standards (such as ISO and API), manufacturing processes, industry practices and quality systems principals. 

The supply of inspection services on goods ready for shipment, or during the shipping operations at the various stages of the shipping routes. Equipment is normally either packed or being packed/ prepared for shipment.

Technical Specialist capable of inspecting the manufacture of welded or seamless tubular products.  Process phases may include steel production, plate rolling, pipe manufacturing, welding, NDT double-jointing, final inspection of finished pipe, loading or transportation of line pipe.

Technical Specialist capable of witnessing the application, inspection and testing of internal &/or external coatings on line pipe.  Coatings may include paints, urethanes, fusion bonded epoxy (FBE), multi-layer polys, (polyethylenes & polypropylenes), foams, epoxies, concretes, or impact coatings. 

Technical Specialists capable of conducting on-site inspections (of either mechanical or electrical disciplines) of the erection, assembly ,testing and commissioning of pipelines, industrial petro chemical, chemical installations and other downstream facilities.

Technical Specialist capable of witnessing all process phases in the manufacture of tubular products with or without threaded ends for oil and gas exploration and production such as drill pipe, casing and tubing. These process phases may include steel tube manufacturing, Non-Destructive Testing (NDE), heat treating, threading, coupling, final inspection of finished OCTG products, packaging, loading or transportation of OCTG products. (Outside/Inside diameter coatings) and shipping.

Technical Specialists capable of inspecting the manufacture of component parts, assembly and testing of compressors and turbines.

Technical Specialists capable of inspecting the manufacture of component parts, assembly and testing of pumps and Mechanical seals.

Technical Specialists capable of inspecting the manufacture of component parts, assembly and testing of rotating equipment other than Pumps, turbines and Compressors. Examples include gears, motors, engines, seals, Fans, mixers and rotors.
